Refund Policy

Standing behind every work.

Every work is made to order and inspected before it leaves the studio. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact hello@laneciasmith.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the work, and a replacement or full refund will be arranged. Because each piece is produced to order, returns for change of mind cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
